Shipping policy

You can receive your JULIETA BRAND order at any address you provide (home, work, studio, etc.). To make delivery easier, please include a contact phone number for the courier in case of issues or absence.

We ship to:
   •   Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands)
   •   International

Shipping rates

Orders over €150 are shipped free of charge.

Orders under €150:

   •   Spain → €4.50
   •   International → €14.60

Preparation and Delivery Times

At JULIETA BRAND we follow a responsible production model and many garments are made to order.

Estimated timelines:
• Around 10 business days, depending on stock and production volume.

If you need your order urgently, contact us at hola@julietabrand.com and we will do our best to prioritize it.

Order Processing

• Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day.
• No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
