Return, Exchange and Right of Withdrawal Policy · JULIETA BRAND

1. Identification of the Owner

In compliance with current regulations, the owner of the JULIETA BRAND trademark is:

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.

JULIETA BRAND extends this period to 15 calendar days from:

  • The receipt of the order (home delivery)
  • The collection date or availability notice (store pickup)
  • The purchase date (in-store purchases)

To exercise this right, the customer must notify via email to hola@julietabrand.com, indicating their order number.

3. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in perfect condition, unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free from odors, stains, damage, or signs of use
  • In their original packaging or equivalent

JULIETA BRAND reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

In the case of orders including promotional gifts, these must be returned if a full return is requested.

4. Return Procedure

The customer must:

  • Request the return by emailing hola@julietabrand.com
  • Indicate the order number and items to be returned
  • Follow the instructions provided by JULIETA BRAND

The customer may deliver the package to a drop-off point, request home collection, or arrange shipping independently for certain destinations.

No label printing is required if using the system managed by JULIETA BRAND.

5. Return Costs

Unless due to an error or defect in the product, return shipping costs are borne by the customer:

Spain (Mainland) and Portugal — Home collection — €7.50
Spain (Mainland) and Portugal — GLS drop-off point — €3.50
Spain (Mainland) and Portugal — Correos drop-off point — €5.50
Balearic Islands — €9.50
Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg) — €15.95
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and rest of the European Union — The customer must arrange shipping independently via registered mail. JULIETA BRAND is not responsible for losses or incidents.
Outside the European Union — The cost will be informed in advance and deducted from the refund. Additional customs fees may apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, or via store credit if the customer prefers.

The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned items, and may be delayed until verification of the product’s condition.

JULIETA BRAND may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

7. Exclusions and Limitations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without tags
  • Altered or manipulated products

In the case of personalized or made-to-order products, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Promotional Products

Products purchased under the Special Prices category or promotions are subject to the same return conditions.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with applicable regulations. JULIETA BRAND may optionally offer store credit.

9. Non-refundable Costs

The following will not be refunded:

  • Initial shipping costs
  • Duties, taxes, or fees
  • Customs-related costs

If JULIETA BRAND incurs additional costs during the return process, these will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

10. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

11. Exchange Costs

Destination — Cost
Spain (Mainland) and Portugal — First size exchange — Free
Spain (Mainland) and Portugal — Subsequent exchanges — €10
Balearic Islands — €9.50
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries — Direct exchanges are not available. The customer must return the item and place a new order.

12. Exchange Procedure

The customer must request the exchange by emailing hola@julietabrand.com indicating:

  • Order number
  • New size or product

JULIETA BRAND will manage the collection and shipment of the new item.

Order Cancellation

13. Order Cancellation

The customer may request order cancellation before it is processed. If cancellation is possible, a management fee of €3.50 will apply and be deducted from the refund.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be processed as a return. In case of refusal of delivery, associated logistics costs will be deducted.

14. International Returns

For returns outside the European Union, the customer must contact hola@julietabrand.com with the subject: International Return + order number.

15 Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
